Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
The short version: we run no advertising trackers and no analytics. We do not profile you, we do not build an advertising audience from you, and we do not sell or share your information. The only cookies set by default are the ones needed to serve the site securely and to remember the choice you made on the cookie banner.
Two third parties can set cookies here, and only one of them loads on its own. Calendly, the tool that runs the booking calendar, loads on the booking page and sets its own, including analytics cookies that belong to it rather than to us. That sat behind a consent step until 6 August 2026 and no longer does. Vimeo, which hosts the graduation address on the home page, is different: that section shows a still image until you press play, so nothing reaches Vimeo unless you choose to watch. If you would rather not accept them, section 5 explains how to block or clear them, and you can reach Shalabh Bansal through the consultation form without ever opening the booking page.
1. Strictly necessary
These are always on. They carry no advertising function, and the site cannot be served securely without them, so they do not require consent.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare (our hosting provider) | Distinguishes real visitors from bots so the site stays available and the forms are not flooded with spam. Set for every visitor because the site cannot be served securely without it. | Up to 30 minutes |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare, on the pages carrying a form | Confirms a human is submitting the consultation or Playbook form. It is a deliberate alternative to advertising-funded CAPTCHAs and is not used to profile you or track you across sites. | Cleared when you close the browser |
| cms-consent | This website | Stores the choice you make on the cookie banner, along with the date and a version number, so you are not asked on every page. Held in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us. | Until you clear your browser data |
2. Scheduling
Set by Calendly, not by us, and loaded whenever you open the booking page. We receive nothing from them; they are the provider's own. This sat behind a consent step until 6 August 2026 and no longer does. Calendly is the only third party that loads without any action from you. The one other, Vimeo, loads only if you press play on the graduation address, and the table above says what that means.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly cookies | Calendly, on the booking page only | Lets the booking calendar work: remembering your place in the flow, your timezone, and preventing duplicate bookings. Calendly also sets its own analytics cookies. These load whenever you open the booking page. You can block or clear them in your browser, and section 5 explains how. | Set by the provider, typically up to 2 years |
| Vimeo cookies | Vimeo, only if you press play on the graduation address | The graduation address on the home page is a still image with a play button until you click it. Nothing is requested from Vimeo before that, so if you never press play, Vimeo is never contacted and sets nothing. If you do, the player may set its own cookies to run the video. We load it with do-not-track enabled, which asks Vimeo not to record analytics about you, and we receive nothing from them either way. | Set by the provider |
3. What we do not use
No Google Analytics or comparable analytics platform. No advertising or retargeting pixels, from Meta, Google, LinkedIn or anyone else. No cross-site tracking. No social media trackers. Even the fonts on this site, including in the Playbook, are served from our own servers rather than hot-linked from Google, so your visit is not reported to a third party just to render text.
If that ever changes, this page and the banner categories change with it, and you will be asked again rather than having an old consent carried over to something new.
4. Changing your mind
There is no longer a setting to change here, because nothing on this site is held back pending your permission. What that means in practice is that Calendly's cookies load when you open the booking page. To refuse them, block or clear them in your browser using section 5, or simply do not open that page. Vimeo is already opt-in by construction: the graduation address does not contact it until you press play, so declining is simply not pressing play. Everything else this site sets is necessary for it to work at all.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop the forms working.
